About Us

Brady Estates consists of 22 houses built between 2009 and 2010. The development is close to premiere schools, shopping, several parks, recreation, and the DC cultural environment. Situated near the Capital Beltway and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, Brady Estates is convenient to Annapolis, Columbia, and Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia.

Stewardship and service guide the Brady Estates Board of Directors and the many volunteers who serve on the community's committees. This network of volunteers work diligently to provide residents and future generations an outstanding neighborhood. Active committee participation by members of the community continues the tradition of community service and socially responsible practices.

As the leadership develops the vision for Brady Estates’s future, the community celebrates its past, and embraces the present. Neighbors continually attest to the beauty, harmony, and vibrancy of the prolific culture that is Brady Estates. It is truly an exceptional community in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Our HOA Board

The Brady Estates Homeowners association board has the responsibility to oversee the general maintenance of the community, enforce the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), and to be responsive to the homeowners as it relates to the community. The goal of the HOA Board is to maintain and increase homeowner property values we are interested in hearing what you have to say, so please contact us with questions, comments, or concerns.

DRCThe Design Review Committee (DRC) is responsible for reviewing and approving new development on finished lots.
Community ActivityCommunity Activities Committee help with or organize specific events within the community. Any level of participation is welcome!


SSCThe Safety and Security Committee (SSC) is responsible for putting together activities and events related to safety and security.
